ODDAT’s Homeless Outreach Team takes a holistic approach. ODAAT delivers resources including food, water, clothing/blankets, support services, medical care referrals, and transportation to shelter services. The Homeless Outreach Team also has the responsibility of answering and responding to homeless emergency dispatch calls from the City of Philadelphia Outreach Coordinating Center.
