In partnership with the Office of Homeless Services (OHS), the ODAAT Encampment Resolution Team (ERT) is responsible for targeted outreach and addresses the growing encampments throughout the city of Philadelphia. ERT-ODAAT supports members through scheduled Service Days, area-specific closures, and the Street-to-Homes initiative.
ERT-ODAAT connects and supports members through the Stranded Traveler initiative, engages and then builds rapport through member contacts, and provides resource linkages for members in need of additional services.
